Lewis is the founder of the Kambo Practitioner Alliance, an international training and practitioner organisation established to strengthen safe, ethical and responsible Kambo practice.
Since 2014, he has worked extensively with Kambo and trained hundreds of practitioners around the world. His teaching brings together practical skill, psychological understanding, energetic awareness, informed preparation and the maturity required to hold responsibility for another person.
The Alliance supports practitioners beyond their initial training, creating a professional community shaped by continued learning, accountability and respect for Kambo's Amazonian origins. Lewis's long-term relationship with the Matsés of Peru, the original guardians of Kambo, informs his commitment to reciprocity and cultural integrity.

Lewis Powell's work centres on advanced practitioner development, plant medicine and Kambo education, space holding and healing skills. He is the founder of the Golden Era Academy and the Kambo Practitioner Alliance, and creator of the Golden Path, SoreX (Soul Reintegration) and PASI.
Across his teaching, training and methods, Lewis brings together psychology, shadow integration, energetic awareness, shamanic understanding, embodiment, plant wisdom, purpose and the responsibility of guiding others. For more than a decade, he has trained practitioners, taught internationally and developed grounded methods for turning insight into conduct.
Alongside his teaching, Lewis works in long-term relationship with Amazonian communities, particularly the Matsés of Peru, supporting cultural preservation, community-led projects and an accurate historical record.
