Bookings and services

How bookings work

 

When you book a 1‑to‑1 session, training, retreat or expedition through this website or by contacting me directly:

​

  • A booking is confirmed once I have accepted your enquiry and you have received written confirmation (usually by email).

  • Payment terms, dates, deposit requirements and any other specific conditions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Some programmes and events may require application or suitability assessment before confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

 

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the service:

​

1‑to‑1 Sessions:

​

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice where possible.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee or a rescheduling charge, depending on circumstances.

​

Trainings, Courses and Retreats:

​

  • Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the programme.

  • In general, deposits are non‑refundable once a place is confirmed, unless I am able to fill your place from a waiting list.

  • If I need to cancel or significantly change an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Amazon Expeditions:

​

  • These are specialist programmes with significant advance planning and costs; specific terms and conditions, including deposits, payment schedules and cancellation policies, will be provided separately and must be agreed before booking is confirmed.

​

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session, training, retreat or expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, including (but not limited to) illness, emergency, insufficient bookings or force majeure. In such cases, I will offer a reschedule or refund as appropriate.

Medical and health disclaimer

 

The services offered through this website—including shamanic healing, mentorship, NEOSH trainings, Kambo sessions and related practices—are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

By engaging with my services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • I am not a licensed medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist or counsellor.

  • The work I offer is spiritual, energetic and educational in nature.

  • You remain fully responsible for your own physical and mental health and wellbeing.

  • You should always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new healing practice, especially if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, taking medication or have concerns about your suitability for practices such as Kambo.

  • Results are not guaranteed. Each person's experience is unique, and outcomes vary.

  • I do not make claims to cure, treat or diagnose any medical or psychological condition.

Kambo and plant medicines:


Kambo and other traditional plant medicines can be powerful and are not suitable for everyone. Before participating in any Kambo session, retreat or expedition, you will be required to complete a health screening and declare any contraindications. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete health information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
